La Vie Catering began as Canteen Catering in 2002, when owner and Executive chef, Mary Fabrikant, set out to prove that kosher food and delicious food could be one and the same. After establishing an excellent reputation in kosher cuisine, she steadily expanded her catering offerings to include corporate catering, private parties, a BBQ picnic division, wedding services and Culinary Coaching classes. From the beginning, La Vie has used the same recipe to make every event a great success: inventiveness, variety, fresh ingredients, beauty, and, above all, flavor! La Vie Catering’s staff is comprised of talented and dedicated culinarians, including experts in nutrition and allergies, baking and pastry, ethnic foods and fine dining.
